I have just finished building the chair and sat down.As a general rule, I always buy caster wheels for all my chairs because they are easier to move and don't get caught on carpet. Due to the unique shape of this chair it is hard to find a cover that will fit snug. I purchased the one at the following link that works well enough for a personal home environment but wouldn't work in a proffesional setting as the fabric is pre-shaped for a gaming chair: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P6XHWPKThis chair comes with a limited 5 year warranty... but the included wheels are warrantied for 1 year and the fabric is warrantied for 2 years. My previous chair was an amazon basics at the next link. It had a much larger seat that held up for a couple years and always felt comfortable after 16 hour work days. Unfortunately, customer service was difficult to get a hold of and they only did full chair replacements when the mesh would rip apart every 2 months. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0758HV5FGSince the mesh was the failure point in the last chair, I will be sure to update this review on the exchange process for this chair. The included manual indicates that we should contact [email protected] within 30 days of seeing a defect. We will need to provide the serial number for our Clatina Miguel SKU #: 00451110, order number from amazon, and indicate that we are the original purchaser.I have put a few of these chairs together at this point and they all have the same assembly process. They are not difficult and I typically do it by myself. The hardest part is putting the seat onto the base. I just sit down, hold the seat in one hand and the joint between the seat the back in the other hand as I lower it onto the stem. An old roommate of mine who was of average build couldn't control the seat well enough becuase of the weight so you may want to have someone around to help line it up.After writing the above and poking around it's been about an hour since I sat down so here are my thoughts:The lowest setting is as tall as the highest setting in normal chairs.The right arm rest is not as close to the chair as the left despite them both being put in as close to the chair as possible.The seat is crazy soft... I hope it maintains structural integrity over the next month.The chair leans back quite a bit when the mechanism isn't locked.When the mechanism is locked, there is a lot of flex in the back and the seat pivots a couple degrees.There is 0 creaking day 1 and I've left the tension coil as it was shipped to prevent creaking down the road.I am already noticing the lack of a dedicated lumbar support beam.As plush as this seat is.. it's not actually that comfortable. It's like a soft bed that hugs you in where I prefer a firm bed that caves into my weight.At $189 this chair was $100 less than the amazon basics. The initial impression is probably half as good though and without any support I'm not sure how confortable this chair will be for long term use. I baught it based on the recommendation of a couple sites indicating this was one of the best.Its 10 out of 10, but the seat cushion feels like your sitting on a bunch of tarps placed ontop of each other. The back mesh is great.It keeps your back cool and this thing looks.like its going to last yearsThis chair arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. I am a very large person and the chair is comfortable and feels sturdy. My only gripe is that the part that covers the wheels is a real ankle killer, other than that, so far so good.This chair was super easy to assemble. I'm not handy by any means but it took 15 minutes or less and could be done with ease sitting down. It's comfortable, reclines and rocks, and has adjustable armrests. I'm 5'4" with short legs, and I am able to sit with my feet flat on the floor, which isn't a guarantee with big and tall chairs, so I love that. I also like the adjustable armrests. A small button on the underside of the armrests allows you to move them up and down. On the highest setting, I am able to rest my elbows on the armrests, which again, I did not assume I would be able to. The only concern I have is that it did start creaking within a few days of use. It's not all that bothersome if the noise was the extent of the issue, but it does remove a star especially since it could indicate that the chair doesn't hold up well after extended use. But for the price, it's solid and I have no problem sitting in it for hours at a time.My husband bought this for me as a gift. I weigh 350lbs and it fits me and supports my weight. I always had trouble finding something that is comfortable for my size. I work remotely and I am mostly sitting throughout the day. This chair gave me so much support. It’s a great chair!I recently set up my home office and debated for a long time about which office chair to get. I’m 5’7” and just under 300 lbs, and this chair feels amazing. It’s strong and supportive and plenty wide. A lot of ergonomic chairs are very uncomfortable for me, but this one is great! It was easy to put together by myself. I’ve been using it for 8 hours a day for two months and don’t regret this purchase at all.
