The chair has nice material compared to other chairs I've seen around this price in person The adjustable headrest sucks, the slightest touch will lower it a click or 2, even laying your head against the raised headrest will lower it. Also, the lumbar adjustment doesnt work well. Sometimes it will click into a new position, but more often than not it goes all the way up and then back all the way down without adjustment. Also, the only instructions I could find were on Amazon and they do not explain how the lumbar mechanism works. The chair is reasonably comfortable, if you like firm chairs . The chair is big, the lowest height is ideal for me(I'm 5'11 230lbs). However, the adjustable headrest and lumbar support seem more like cheap gimmicks - something i was trying to avoid by buying an office chair instead of a comprably priced gaming chair. This chair will do until it wears out, at which time i will buy a replacement from a different chair manufacturer.Beautiful chair. I get a lot of compliments on it. Very comfortable and study. I feel like a boss lady in it. Elegant meets gamer chair.Its definitely comfortable, easy to assemble, and sturdy. The only problem I have with the chair is the piece that connects the beam to the bottom of the seat creaks when moving back and forth.It is a 300$ chair but honestly it feels like it could be worth 150$-180$ overall.?I hesitated to buy this chair because of the black plastic “arms”, but I was sold on the lumbar support and adjustable headrest. It’s a little large, but a very comfortable chair, suitable for sitting in all day. The assembly was very easy. My only wish is that the arms would rotate in.UPDATE: I tend to lean on the arms a bit while working and I’ve noticed the cushion underneath is flattening.The headrest and lumbar supports work fine. However, the chair WILL NOT stay elevated. As soon as I raise the seat and sit down, it lowers. This is so frustrating!Bought this for my wife’s office. She’s at her desk nine hours a day! And remains comfortable the whole time.
