I've had this chair for almost a year now, and while I don't think it's a bad chair, there are some things that aren't my favorite.I like style, and the lumbar support is very nice. The head-rest-pillow-thing is oddly shaped, however, and I found it gave me a crick in my neck if I tried to use it for too long. I generally just leave it hanging on the back and call it good. The size of the seat is great - I can sit cross legged without any problems - and the height of the back is nice.My main gripe, and what drove me to write this review, is that while the chair in and of itself is not uncomfortable, after about an hour, my knees start to ache something fierce. I don't know if I'm just too tall for it, but I'm not an exceptionally tall - 5'11". I am gangly, though, and I've yet to find a way to sit in it for any long period of time without aches and pains. Maybe it's just bad posture or I'm getting old, but I sat in my boyfriend's chair for a night of gaming recently had didn't have any problems.Overall, good deal for the price, but I'm probably going to shell out some more money for something softer with more adjustments.I had issues with the chair and the store had great customer support and resolved the problem quickly.UPDATE: The seller has been very responsive and very willing to work with me on getting a new cylinder by giving me $25 towards a new cylinder and telling me exactly which one to order. Very please with their willingness to resolve this issue. I had this product for 2 months with normal usage (8 hours computer work) and the piston cylinder has gone out.Edited: The chair came in great quality and condition. I put it together and game in it for about 3 months. After 3 months. The backrest adjustable gear broke on my left side. So now the back does a wonky lean when I lean back. I fear it'll break and I'll be out of the chair. But it's out of warranty now. So nothing I can do but warn you. The material also doesn't last. I found a hole in mine not long ago from daily normal use, update, the company has contacted me and offered a full refund for my satisfaction.I’ve had it for a week and it’s surprisingly better then I expectedSeems like a well made Chinese product. Was easy to assemble. 16 screws and wrench were included, as well as a small pair of white gloves. Although it is listed as made for a large person, it really doesn't lift that high. After sitting on it for 30 minutes, my @ss felt like I was sitting on a Hong Kong phone book. It's advertised as dense foam. I weigh 260 at 6' 3" and the seat doesn't condense at all when I sit on it. It's VERY dense. This is definitely a chair my middle schooler will grow into. It's a good size but heads up, it does not fit well with our large IKEA desk (no surprise it's way too big for it). It offers way more support than the IKEA chair we had been using, though. Overall, I would recommend it for support but it's a tight squeeze for smaller spaces. It is also a sturdy chair, so we can grow into it.I needed a more comfortable chair for a low price for my office/studio. It was easy to assemble, it doesn’t bother my complex regional pain syndrome type 2 or my lumbar fusion. I use it for working, playing on my computer, listening to music with and without my headphones from my high precision system, and for playing my Egyptian, Greek Bouzouki and Classical Guitar. It’s fairly comfortable and sturdy.
