I did not receive the hardware for one of the chairs, but still rating 5 stars because so far I have been pleased with the customer service and they assured me they will send the hardware for the 4th chair I have to put together.Exactly what I wanted, perfect pool sidechairs. Well made and very comfortable. Well worth the money. I would by again.too much time to assemble and instructions hard to follow cannot fold but is a nice chair if you can leave it by poolside or on the deck year longThe chair is good and comfortable and seller is easy to work with about item.Love the sturdy sleek look. It is comfortable but was time consuming to put together.Prior to assembling, I inquired about returning and there was a $140 per chair return fee. Unfortunately, during the first rainfall, the chairs leaked rust from the screws. They look nice but I am not sure if this is the only summer I will be able to use them before they rust completely.Product was fairly easy to put together and very sturdy!
