Idk how many times I passed out in the chair!! Lovely!!I am an overweight, short person. I broke the arms on my last chair, so I got this one. The chair is not made for small people, so I had to add several cushions to the seat and back just to make it comfortable enough (although this is a problem that I have with most chairs, so I am used to compensating for it). The base is sturdy and I feel like it will support my weight easily. However, the armrests are a totally different critter. They are bolted into the chair at one point, meaning that any pressure put on them horizontally causes them to shift quite a bit. They are also mostly plastic. The armrests will be broken within six months, even with me trying to not put any pressure on them. Other things to note - my chair did not come with any assembly instructions, the chair does not have a rocking feature, and the reclining back slips so that when I sit back in the chair there is a snapping noise and a shift even when it is locked. All in all, it is a mediocre chair for a pretty decent price, although the only "heavy-duty" part of it seems to be the base, leaving the rest to fall apart with repeated use. I will not be returning the chair, but I will not be buying another or recommending anyone else purchase this chair, either.Overall the product was pretty good. The massager could be better, it's more like a vibrating pillow than a massager, but it still feels pretty good. It's pretty neat the way the cord is set up and has a sleeve to store it in, which you can see in the third picture. Overall, the product is fairly comfortable, the padding is a bit firm but should loosen up when broken in. The posture is great for gaming, you can sit back and relax while still being upright. It was very easy to put together, took about 30 minutes total. The lumbar support and head rest are easily adjustable. The only issue is it is for people who aren't as big. I have broad shoulders so the backrest is snug and a bit uncomfortable. For smaller people I know that it would be more comfortable. Overall, it's a good first gaming chair for the price.Best chair for your money. The massager is really nice too. I just use it with a wall adapter because its power consumption seemed a bit high and the USB next to it, kept disconnecting. maybe use a 3.0 if you use it in your PC. I do wish the massager was harder but I have back problems so for an average bear, its perfect. it actually helped my back feel better. I just try not to use it more than an hour at a time juuuuuust in case. but it is the most comfy gaming chair I've ever sat in. you can adjust where you want the back and head cushions. oh I'm a 5'10" 230lb female and it works super well. I just wish the wheels were a bit better rolling. I dont think it could make it on carpet??: so it doesn’t go all way back only at a certain angle. 125 degreesIf you have Rihanna or Beyoncé Booty/hips this chair will be too small for you.The message function only vibrates doesn’t add finger pressure. The message function wasn’t too bad it just wasn’t for me. I was expecting that hands on pressure but it wasn’t there so 2.5 stars Since I have a big butt my back curves so I had add extra support.??: all the pieces were there, took about 30-45 to build. Only $106!When I first got I was really excited to have a chair that would finally be the perfect working chair for my desk. Unfortunately the chair cant stay fully extended to the top height without my holding the lever at its locking position, and it also routinely comes out of the locking hole to keep it from reclining unless I double check the position first. No real cushioning on the seat itself either. It supports the back very well though.It initially was a pretty sturdy chair but its more gimmick than anything at this point.The shipper was quick to get my order to FedEx. The same day I ordered it, it was at a FedEx distribution center.(FedEx dropped the ball on the deliver. They had it 12 miles from my house and then held it for another 9 days, but I am not going to hold that against the shipper. That failure is on FedEx).The chair is sturdy, relatively easy to put together. Most importantly of all, it is comfortable!
