I'm very particular about my chairs having been a software engineer for 25 years and wearing out a chair every few months. I finally spent $2000 on a chair over 20 years ago and it looks and works like new. Well of course, for $2000. Cheap chairs usually put my legs to sleep and feel like you're sitting on a board before long. I needed a chair for a temporary office at my dad's and this chair really is impressive. Very comfortable and my legs don't go numb. Quick and easy assembly with not just tools included but even a pair of gloves though I'm not sure what they're for. ;-)Really nice chair. I bought it for My wife who loves it for Her home office. Takes about 15 minutes to assemble.My husband is tall ,the ajustamentos are great and I’m 5’5” and it works for me two. Ordering one for myself now !Never got a call or email from customer service. Everything about this chair is average. Not very sturdy.The best feature is the lumber support. Wouldn't buy it again...good oneGreat productSmall and flimsy. First of all, the dimensions shown are 40 x 40 x 40 which is just ridiculous so I knew that was wrong. Somewhere I had found the width of the seat which seemed ok, so I went ahead and ordered. I should have been more concerned about the depth which is not ok. I suppose it might be ok for a small person or a child, but not me at 5' 10" The seat is too short for me and the chair seems to tip forward! All in all, I do not expect it to last very long. I had tossed out the box it came in so couldn't really return it. Would certainly never buy again and will now begin looking for a replacement.Chair was well packaged, has very good directions, easy assembly and VERY comfortable.
