This is a very comfortable chair. Everything was great with ordering, delivery, and set up. My only negative is that the chair does indeed tip you forward. I had to wedge a heavy duty piece of plastic under the chair to correct it. It made all the difference.The chair height is adjustable and there is only 1 tilt setting (you can rock back or not) you can't lean back and select a variable tilt to lock.I received the grey color and I do like it. However, it has a greenish tinge to it.This chair looks great. The cushioning is very comfortable. I paid for assembly so I can't speak to ease of that. I'm only disappointed that there isn't a way to get chair to not be totally upright unless you are heavily leaning against back. There is a little lever to pull so that it will recline, but it only stays in that position as long as you are pushing it back.The pillows on the back are pretty thick. Makes it feel as if you are leaning forward. It will probably get better as the padding compresses a little bit.This is a very comfortable, heavy duty and well built chair. I chose a soft material instead of leather which had been hard to find in an executive chair. The chair was shipped in a protective box and well packaged. The arms are well padded and soft upholstery throughout is well crafted. When assembling, bolt the arms on first but keep them fairly loose until the back is in place, then tighten up everything. The tension knob under the seat is set at maximum, so if you want the chair to lean back easier just turn it to adjust it.Communication with the company was excellent and responses were quick.It's a little stiff yet. My husband can't lean back and nap.The chair is not bad for the price. It is very large, too large for me however I bought it hoping that the lift cylinder would last seeing how I am 160+ lbs under the weight rating. I use the chair only a few hours a day. Well the chair now slowly sinks to the ground in about 10 minutes. If the manufacturer is reading this please contact me. UPDATE: manufacturer has offered a credit to purchase a replacement cylinder on Amazon.
